Kerala has a good number of Colleges of Education that offer B.Ed and M.Ed courses. For teaching career in recognized secondary schools and senior secondary schools of Kerala B.Ed or M.Ed is compulsory.
Graduates in Arts, Science, Commerce and Social Sciences with 50 per cent of marks obtained are eligible to seek admission for B.Ed course in any of these colleges.
